times I have called a listing agent for information
about a property only to get his voice mail, often
several numbers and several voice mails. Frequently
hours or even days go by before they return my call.

discuss your home, not hours later when they are in the
middle of dinner.
Another very important
factor to consider when choosing an agent to list your
home is his ability to assemble and to correctly enter
the data into the MLS System. Remember... "Garbage
in-garbage out".
